You have to make a plan about the necessary activities in order for your body to stay healthy. Once you get sick, you won't be able to finish your job in the morning during your full-time job. You should make scheduling your primary friend. You need to realistically schedule your work-at-home jobs. If you are already working on a project that would take several days to finish and then the client offers another one, you have to inform your client that you are still working on the previous task.
